Disabeling USB Mass Storage Device

Hi,

This sounds simple but I cant figure it out
I need to disable USB Mass Storage Device or "USB Keys" in
order to stop users bringing in Viruses into the network
does anyone know any ways of doing this?

Is there a servic I can stop which will prevent the PC
from adding new Hardware etc like stopping PnP ????
