dis Forum/newsgroup locked out for Firefox disciples?

not playin nice with otha? (i clicked on "start a new thread"--after having
to search hi & lo 4 dat function after a while)

had to login IE to post!! (oh well, at least da site is fixed so now i can
at least peruse--without postin--in da forum...used 2 be clicking on da +
sign wouldn't do nothin in Firefox)

and since coming back from a long absence from dis site, 2 bad u now have to
register/login 2 post...guess dis is 2 discourage da spammer??!!!! (isn't
there technology to block certain IPs from posting w/o requiring
registration??)

anyway, dis is a helpful forum, thanks!!!

You're using the web interface to the groups. Most anybody here will
tell you that the web interface is a poor way to access the groups. I
haven't used it myself, but since it's written by Microsoft it's
extremely likely that it's written to work well in IE, and no
consideration whatsoever has been given to other browsers.

The best way to use these groups is to use a newsreader. Outlook
Express comes with Windows, but also check these out:

Agent: http://www.forteinc.com/agent
Mozilla Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/thunderbird
