Hello all,

Running Windows XP Pro now i might have got this bit wrong i think its
a RADEON X300 series, my problem is most of my screensavers wont work
and my external Aver TV USB tuner wont work either.

The message i get with the screensavers is could not find any
compatible Direct3D devices.

Any help will be great, thanks in advance.

Install a driver update from the manufacturer's homepage.

Hey guys, have maneged to fix it here's how i did it

go to start> control panel> appearance and themes> change the screen
resolution> settings> advanced> troubleshoot> hardware acceleration>
change to full

works perfect now so thanks again.

Well, thanks for the feedback. However, the hardware acceleration is set
to maximum by default. Therefore, someone has changed that setting in
the past - most likely in order to fix another problem.
