Transfer Analog VHS Tapes to my PC

I would like to transfer my wedding and kids VHS tapes to my PC to burn to
DVD. How do I get the video onto my hard drive? I have XP Media Center
Addition with a ATI Radeon X300 SE Video Card and the ATI E-Home Wonder TV
Tuner card. The output jacks from VCR are RCA jacks but I don't see any
Inputs on my computer that will accept RCA connections. Is there a converter
or do I need to do something different? Thanks

Your best resource nfor this question is to post in the

If you have a DV camera you can capture VCR --> DV camera. ANd then transfer
it to your pc.

Your card has S-video and composite video inputs. The composite video is
supported by most VCRs, but the S-video input would be preferable if your
VCR supports it. Any reasonably recent VCR should have S-video outputs,
although cables are not usually supplied as standard.
