DirectX Help

Can someone please help me ? When I try to download it,a pop-up says that an
internal error occured.It tells me to go to directx.log file , and so I did.
But it doesn`t make sense.How can I successfully download DirectX?

The file says:

Download the full redistributable package and try to install it...
