I have an ATI TV tunerUSB which use to work very well in a LapTop Compaq. Now that I have change it for a DELL Inspiron 700 with an intel 82855 video board, it doesn't work. I Revised the DirectX features and I found that the texture acceleration is not available. Is that a limitation of the video board? I have already downloaded the latest version of the driver from DELL but still I have the same problem. Thanks for any tip you can give me
