My friend has win xp. I made a movie of my wedding that
runs on windvd. He dosen't have directx 9 or internet. I
can copy windvd to a cd. How do I get directx 9? I can
only get a short cut to a web site.

He doesn't need DirectX9 to play it back, just a DVD drive and a player
program. It's illegal to give him a copy of your DVD player program, he'll
have to buy his own, though there are a few free ones (search on google for
them).
