Directory Service Event error

Hi
Can anybody help me with the meaning of this error
Server is or original server in a now 4 windows 2000 server domain
enviroment.
This error msg has just appeared latley after installing another 2000 server
running 20003 exchange.
Not sure if this is a coincidence.

The checkpoint with the PDC was unsuccessful. The checkpointing process will
be retried again in four hours. A full synchronization of the security
database to downlevel domain controllers may take place if this machine is
promoted to be the PDC before the next successful checkpoint. The error
returned was: The naming context is in the process of being removed or is
not replicated from the specified server.

Hi Graham,

I think you have to run replication among your DCs. You can use AD Sites and
Services to do that. If still there is no replication object, you can
create using this snap-in. And then, please update service pack to the
newest one.

I'm by no means an expert in this subject matter Directory Service
Replication, but I'll try to assist you to the best of my ability. I
believe Irwin's posting is correct, you need to run replication to your
other DC's. See the following article reference link below for more
