I want to have the animated title of one of my slides
dimmed before the body of the text appears under it.

HOw do you do that?
Thanks
S

Suzy;

I did this successfully using the following steps -

Select the title text box (not the text inside it).

Task pane - > Custom Animation

Add effect- Enttrance - Dissolve in.

Clicked once on effect - used drop-down arrow to
select 'Effect Options'

Clicked 'Effect' tab

Clicked drop-down arrow next to 'After animation' and
selected a dim color - clicked OK.

Gave body text an animation and using Effect Options
again, gave it a 1-second delay under Timing.
