Digitally Signed msgs will not send

I get The message could not be sent. An error has occurred.

The certificate icon appears to the right of the <from> window.
There is no other info in the error message.
 
Can you send them one at a time?
Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail.
