Ever since getting rid of some adware ive had problems with windows in
general but seemed to fix most of them, now bought new Vivitar 3695 digital
camera and everything i try i cant get it to accept it as a webcam, it can
see it as a mass storage unit but no camera. When i go into control panel and
go into printers and other hardware and then into scanners and cameras
windows flashes off and comes back on but has exited the control panel, it
does this every time and is driving me mad., Please help, just wanna use it
as a webcam, if anyone knows what to do about it plesae let me know
