digital camera question

digital camera question... i want to send a video clip
from my didgital camera. but i need to change the formate
before i can email, it needs to be inJPEG and i think the
video is .AVI. any sugestions on what i can do to change
this?

Have you tried "IrfanView "? You might be able to change the file type
with that.

JPEG is not a video format it is a picture format (still shots). I'm
sure you mean MPEG. Look here:
