different sizes

I have designed a site on my laptop when i save all the files to disk and
open on my pc the position of every thing has changed. can i lock everything
in to position so it looks the same on ant monitor size.

What's the URL so we can see the issue? Are you running the same screen
resolution on both machines?

Place all content into a fixed width table set to the width of the smaller view point you want to
support, such as 760 for those viewing at 800 x 600.

That's not the variable of issue, though. The real question is - are the
browser viewports the same pixel dimensions on both?
