Different in size

I did a website in Frontpage. On the local side of the site the Htm size is
15000. On the remote side it is 25000. I want it to be 15000. I deleted the
remote fle and copy and paste the local file to the remote site, but when I
looked at the file it came back at the old size of the remote file size,
25000. It keeps doing that no matter what I do. Enven I publish it using
Frontpage. all the local htm file do yje same thing. I hope I am understood
amd can get and answer
