Different home page loads each time (Why?)

There appears to a list of home pages nested in my IE
browser and when I save a particular home page a
different one will load after reboot. How do I get rid of
those addresses?

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
