different browser settings per users

Hi all,
I have windows XP professional install. Two users set up on this
box, user A and user B. User A wants Internet Explorer as the default
browser. User B want Mozilla as the default browser. Because each user
has their own account/profile, this is suppose to be possible, correct?

When I set the default browser for user A, the settings are also changed
for user B. How do I set this situation up properly?

I don't think you can do this - it's a per computer setting, not per user
profile setting.
