Setting up default browser on a per-user basis

I have an XP machine at home with several (unprivileged) user accounts.
I like using firefox and the others use explorer. Is it possible to
set up a different default browser for different users? It only seems
to be possible to do this on a system-wide basis using an administrator
account, using the control panel.

In the same vein - is it possible to set the default email client on a
per-user basis?

This is not possible natively, but can be accomplished using third-party
