Diane,

These are the three e-mail accounts listed on this Outlook version/profile
that has taken control of my e-mail:

E-mail Accounts
Outlook processes e-mail for these accounts in the following order:
(Name) Outlook Tips POP3 (Type) POP/SMTP (Default)
(Name) AOL-IMAP (Type) IMAP/SMTP
(Name) Ponemsky-Hotmail (Type) HTTP

It looks like you ran the sample PRF file from
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/prf_listing.htm
Go to control panel, mail - show profiles button. You should have two
profiles listed - one named "My Outlook Profile" and another. Delete the My
Outlook Profile one.
