Dialog window Missing or hidden

While using Adobe Photoshop and selecting the Image Size Option it seems as though the dialog window for that feature is opening somewhere, but I can't find it on my desktop. I've tried Cascading windows but that didn't locate it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
