When installing the new version of Defender a dialog box opens with this
message. Service "Windows Defender" {WinDefend} could not be installed.
verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services. at
bottom of this box are 3
buttons.>>abort>>retry>> ignore

I am logged in with administrative privileges. What can be done to resolve
this issue?
