Dial-Up Speed on DSL line after SP2

Since installing SP2 the day before yesterday, my
computer, which is on a DSL connection, is acting like it
is on Dial up. Before doing a system restore to the time
before I installed the SP2, I figured I'd ask if there
was a solution to this.

i would do some normal house cleaning first, and leave it
for a few days to see. you can remove it through
add/remove in control panel. note, if you have
spyware/adware/malware this will affect sp2.
