dial up in XP

Here's and interesting question,
I purchased a PC with XP home on it, and I want to make it into a
dialup surver that is one an office network (not connected to the
internet). First of all, can I do this with XP home (the other
computer calling in is an XP home computer)? or do I need XP pro to be
the receiving computer. And, how do I set up the recieving computer
(i.e. where in the control program panel sets up dial up server?).
Finally, if I do have to upgrade to XP, I'd like to take the XP
edition that came on the system and put it on my laptop (currently
running windows 2000). Since I purchased the license with the
computer, if I upgrade it can't I take the old licensing info and use
it to install XP home to my laptop?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think it matters if you have home or pro for what you want to do,
but you will need additional software I think, like PC Anywhere, I'm not
sure if you can do it with XP alone. There might be a way of setting up a
host computer and accessing via dialup without additional software but I
don't know how to do that... maybe someone else can help out in that area.
