Dial Up Disconecting

Here's the thing, this setting is not set to hang up. It
disconnects at the moment of clicking the 'send' button
and won't allow the send to happen. Any more ideas????


Tools---options---connection-----check setting 'hang up
after receiving or
sending'.

In OE, Tools, Accounts, Mail tab, highlight your account, Properties button,
Connection tab, uncheck Always connect using.........
