Dial up connection

My internet at home was hijacked over the weekend. Using
this site I managed to regain control of my settings, and
now I am just "tidying up" new errors left after the
Hijack. I find now that when I boot my machine, on one
profile only, a dial up connection window is open for no
apparent reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trojan/Virus in the profile.

Check also for spyware trying to call home.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
