Dial-up and LAN

Hello guys,

I have a LAN connection working properly. However when I dial-in and connect
modem I lost connection to my LAN and all traffic goes thru modem. But when
I turn off "Use default gateway on remote network" in my dial-up settings
all traffic goes thru LAN ignoring my dial-up connection. I even started
Routing and Remote Access service but the same result.

What can I do in this case ?
Please help. It's boring me.
