Dial in tab in ADUC

I in the process of setting up my new Windows XP
workstation. I have installed the adminpak for server
2003 to manage my win2k servers. All is working jsut
fine wiht the exception that when I check a users account
I don't have the "Dial in Tab" Anybody know how to ad it?
