Dial FAX number from Outlook without setting up a contact

I just installed GFI FaxMaker and it works if I setup a contact with a fax
number. I want to send a quick fax - I want to just enter the fax number
without having to setup a contact - is there a way?

Does GFI FaxMaker have any support forum? Not sure you'll find many users of
it here.

For anyone else who might need the answer I found it.

[fax:888-555-1212]

"Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]"

Then it's the same as Windows 2K and Windows XP Fax.

Not sure - I'd check the GFI documentation/website.

If you have installed FAXmaker for Exchange, you just need to create a
new Outlook message and insert [fax:<fax number>]

e.g. [fax:123456]

There are also other ways (e.g. printing a document to a virtual
printer with the fax number in the document itself), but these are
further explained in the FAXmaker documentation.

As for FAXmaker forums, these can be accessed from
http://forums.gfi.com
