When I add DHTML Effects to my webpage and then go to Preview. It gives me
an Internet Explorer Script Error. Also if I just preview in browser I have
to allow Active x. I don't want my viewers to have to open the page and then
allow Active x. Is there anyway to just have the effects open with the page
like normal?

What effects are you adding? Is there a URL where we can see what's
happening?
