animate.js?

If I use DHTML effects to apply "fly in" to text, animate.js folder is
created on website. I have applied SP2 updates to PC, and active content is
flagged with warning when previewing page in IE6. Sure I can change my
security settings but the web page will be viewed (I hope) by the general
public. What good is DHTML if general public had default settings for
security and cannot view the DHTML effects?

Also I can only apply the "fly in" effect with FP 2002, FP2003 bar is
"grayed-out" and have not figured out that problem yet.

This only affects your local preview, not the web visit. Fix your security
settings for local preview and be done with it.

Thank you. Now I am trying to fix why tool bar in FP 2003 is "greyed out".
I had both IE and Netscape checked for browser compatability but thought if
I changed to only IE that I would be able to apply the DHTML effects but I
still cannot.

Any suggestions please?
