out of sudden.. i am unable to cnnect to the internet thru LAN... and below
is the error:

The IP address lease XXX.YY.ZZZ.A for the Network Card with network address
000F2027B5DD has been denied by the DHCP server BBB.CCC.D.E (The DHCP Server
sent a DHCPNACK message).

anyone knows how i should go about this problem ?

Well, if I was to haphazard a guess, it sounds like your neighbore who you
were connecting to decided to filter your MAC address to keep you off his
system.

Your computer requested a specific IP address from a DHCP server, and
the DHCP server refused the request. That could be because it already
assigned that IP address to a different computer, because the IP
address is outside of its DHCP address pool, etc.

Whose DHCP server does your computer use? If the DHCP server belongs
to your ISP, contact them for help. If it belongs to you (e.g.
there's a broadband router or ICS host on your network), here are some
possible solutions:

1. If you want your computer to have a specific IP address, assign it
manually instead of using DHCP. Be sure to assign the right subnet
mask, DNS server, and default gateway, too.

2. It's possible that something has become corrupted in the network
connection associated with the network card. Go to Device Manager,
un-install the network card, reboot, and let Windows re-install it.
That will create a new network connection.
