DHCP Relay Agent in Windows XP

I always heard about using DHCP Server + relay agents to serve multiple
subnets in MS courses. However using Windows Server 2003 as a DHCP relay
agent is expensive. Is there a way to enable DHCP relay agent in Windows XP,
2000 Pro or Windows 9X products?

I'm not sure that it's possible in XP as DHCP relay is
normally configured through the routing and remote access
console on a server. If cost is a factor though, some
routers can act as relay agents (the draytek vigor 2600
series for example) and this might be a more cost
effective solution.

No. DHCP Relay Agent is part of the RRAS package, and is only available on
Server skus.
