I keep getting the error 30013 The DHCP allocator has
disabled itself on IP address *********, since the IP
address is outside the 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 scope
from which addresses are being allocated to DHCP clients.
To enable the DHCP allocator on this IP address, please
change the scope to include the IP address, or change the
IP address to fall within the scope.Ok i can't change the
ip because i am running a router, so anyone tell me how i
can change the scope to include the ip?

XP's DHCP allocator only runs if you've enabled ICS (Internet
Connection Sharing) on a network connection. If you have a router
that's sharing a broadband Internet connection, you don't need to use
ICS. If that's the case, disable ICS by right-clicking the shared
Internet connection, clicking Properties | Advanced, and un-checking
the ICS box.

If you feel that you need ICS on your computer, please post a news
group reply with a complete description of your network setup.
