DHCP Connection Error

Please could someone help me. Having a problem with a computer. Error message
says:

Connection error: Blueyonder Installer could not renew the Ip Address for
your network adapter (DHCP)

Any idea?

That may be caused by a communication problem between the network
devices. Try using fixed IP addresses.
