i am having an acquiring network address problem. i went to services to look
for dhcp client and found out it i s not there. where can i get this client
service

Execute; services.msc

Find; DHCP Client

Start the DHCP Service and set it to startup as; "automatic".

i have done that it is not there. thats why i need to know where i can get
this service. thanks for the reply

It is built into the OS. If it is NOT there the OS has been corrupted!

First, does this machine been able to connect to the Internet before or it
is a new Try?.

What happen if you logged into safe Mode, do you still not able to see the
Service?.
Here are some dependencies that service depend on and must be started:
AFD Networking Support Environment
NetBios Over TCPIP
TCP/IP Protocol Driver

Open a run command and type in:
regedit.exe click [OK] and locate this key;
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services = Do you see the
DHCP and what the entry, please compare with the Blackviper list and entries.
