dhcp client timeout

hi,
does anybody knows how to change (reduce) the dhcp client
timeout in windows 2000 pro
tx in advance

Hi,

There isn't a way to change this as it is hard coded. Is there a problem
you are experiencing that you think changing the time out will fix? If so
can we get details?

120642 TCP/IP and NBT Configuration Parameters for Windows 2000 or Windows
NT

I don't think the one you're referring to is one of them.
