DHCP & AD Integration

Is there a method to integrate DHCP into AD, that is to have the scope and reservations part of the AD. The way it is right now, if one of our DHCP servers dies, we lose access to that portion of the subnet once the cached leases expire. When we rebuild the DHCP server we have to reenter all of the DHCP scopes and reservations. Is this the only way?

You cannot integrate with AD in that way. Why not restore your information
from the backup database file? Right click the server and click on restore.
Point it to the location of dhcp.mdb
