devmgmt - missing tabs at some devices

the component msxml 3.1 is already included....
any more idea's? cause it already takes one week and i think i've tried
almost everything;

i checked all dll - dependancy files, also the dynamic dll dependancies;
there were indeed some dll files missing, but i included them now....
but that brings no solution.

anyway, i will tryout the xpproemulation. never used it before but i give
it a try....

Try using Konstantins XPP like project "XPProEmulation" as se suggested

just to see if it is dependency problem.
