devld32 doesn't want to end

The last couple of shut downs a window pops up saying
devldr isn't shutting down and the bar graph starts
accross. Then it gives the option to end now. I have XP
Home Edition. Other than this everything seems fine. What
is the problem?
 
Visit www.creative.com , search for the latest Windows XP drivers for
your specific SoundBlaster sound card, download and install them.
