Device Manager window is blank

Hi,

My Device Manager window has nothing in it. I also
suddenly have nothing in my Network Connections File. not
even a LAN. I'm tyring to disable my firewall to download
some Windows Updates, but my LAn is gone as well as
everything in my Device Manager. Please Help. Thanks.

You may have a virus that took all your CPU times away,
the CPU doesn't have enough time to update your panels, you may need to check
your HD for space. Clean up the space and reboot and see if that will improve.
