Device Installer Error Message.

After I install my new Creative webcam, I got this
message:"Windows could not load the installer for
Image.Contact your hardware vendor for assistance."
I have tried downloaded the lastest drivers from Creative
and before that installed the drivers from the CD that
comes with the device.Pls help and advice what went wrong?

Uninstall and then delete everything related to your Webcam using the Control Panel
Turn off/shutdown your PC and reboot. Now plug your USB webcam back into the port
of your PC and XP's "plug&play" feature should come up with a window that new hardwar
has been found and ask you if you want to install it. Answer "Yes" and it wil
do an internal search for drivers and if none are found, it will ask you to inser
the webcam accompanying installation disk and just follow the prompts. If it canno
find XP compatible drivers on the disk you may have to go to the manufacturer's websit
to download updated drivers. Voila!
