Device Installation

I am have a problem installing my printer because my PC thinks that there is
a device that is currently being installed when there is not. Please help!

You're lacking pertinent info for anyone to give you a helpful response.
Did the printer come with an installation disk? If it did, insert the disk
first
BEFORE plugging in the printer. The installation procedure will tell you when
to plug in the printer. If you did not do that, you'll have to start all
over.
Uninstall & reinstall Printer
