Hi Mandy,

Is your graphics card an "ATI", if it is try removing and reinstalling it`s
drivers.

Ray

hi ray, yes l think so.Looked on device manager at system devices and it had
Ati rs200/rs200m/rs250m accelerated graphics port. How do l remove and
reinstall this, and why would this make a difference.

:
The ATI website gives some good details about how to do so.

It (usually) involves removing ALL previous ATI drivers (make sure to
download the utility and follow the stepwise instructions)

Hi,

The file with refer to in your posting "ATI2VAG" would appear to be a ATI
file, you can do one of to things, in device manager, right click on the item
in the tree and click on uninstall & confirm, restart the system and it
should auto detect upon restart. Option 2 would be with the PC conected to
the net click on update the driver, if it was me I would try the 1st choice.

Ray

hi ray, l,m going to try the first option and delete .But if it deletes how
would l get it back on.by the way it is ati mobility radeon 7000IGP card.Ray
