DEVDLR won't shut down?

When I got to shut down my computer I get a message that
program won't end and it's DEVDLR. Anyone have any ideas
on how to fix this?

You probably have a Sound Blaster Live! series sound
card...this is from the sound driver. Head to Creative's
web site and try the latest SB Live series driver.

This is part of your sound card drivers from Creative, reinstall the drivers
for your card.

This well known behavior has been fixed in later versions of the
SoundBlaster drivers. Update to the latest driver.
