Deterministic Network Enhancer not found?

Good day,

I am trying to install a CISCO VPN Client onto my Windows XP Pro machine,
and half way through the install, I recieve a error telling me that
Deterministic Network Enhancer was not found...

How do I install this ?
 
What version ? of Cisco VPN. I have no problems with this. Works just fine.
