Determine Patch Level

How may I determine the exact patch level of a system? I
have read about HFNetChk but I am really looking for one
central location where I may be able to see a list of all
patches installed into a system. Obviously the Add/Remove
Programs list in WindowsXO is not competely accurate. Any
ideas?

download QFECHECK from the MS website.

This will report on any fix that leaves a trail in the registry
key HKLM/software/microsoft/updates/windowsxp.
This tool checks the file level, and reports on anything
missing or regressed.

This is most of them, but there are other sub keys such as
"dataAccess" and "windows media player" which are not reported
by the above tool
