I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE MY DESKTOP PICTURE AFTER MY
DESKTOP CAME UP WHITE WITH JUST MT ICONS ON IT. CAN
ANYONE HELP ME GET MY DESKTOP BACK

Right Click your desktop, click properties
Click the Desktop tab
choose the background you wan
Click O

This answer is in relation to changing your desktop background. I assume that's what you need help with
