When I copy an Shortcut in the Desktop, this shortcut
enter in the Desktop folder but I doesn't see the Icon on
the Desktop. Per Haps the active desktop isn't activate?
What's component I can add in my project?

Under User Interface Core Component, Try selecting Show
Desktop Icons.
 
You should select "Show Desktop Icons" but you also have the change the following registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\HideIcons
Default is 1 --> Set to 0 and the desktop icons will appear
