When I went to change the picture on my desktop I get
this error message:

Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It includes this text on the MORE INFO link

Can anyone help me fix this.

Run the edit on line 128 (right hand side)

If that doesn't help and you have third party desktop enhancers installed,
start your troubleshooting by removing them. If none of the above applies,
nor helps - run all of these and then try again. Good luck!
