Userinit Logon Application

Hi,
When ever i login in my XP Pro.
After few minutes i reached to my desktop, one message window of "Please
tell Microsoft about this problem" pop ups automaticaly.
The title of this window is "Userinit Logon Application"
and message inside windows is "Userinit Logon Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Error signature:
AppName: userinit.exe AppVer: 5.2.3790.1830 ModName: advapi32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.0 Offset: 0000551f
How can i fix this problem?

Your userinit.exe version is later than mine (currently got 5.1.2600.2180
installed).

So, perhaps you've installed something like this, which might be causing you
problems

In which case, try uninstalling it, and see if that makes a difference

Your Userinit.exe is from Win2K3. Are you running WinXP or Windows Server
2003?
