In Appearance and Themes when I click on my desktop the box that lets you
choose the picture for your desktop will not let me click on any part of that
box to choose pictures. Everything else works except that and I do now know
how to get it to working again.

Drop the picture on Internet Explorer, and rightclick it to 'set as
background'
